In my capacity as Owner, through this document I unconditionally authorize UVEE DISEÑO Y PUBLICIDAD S.A.S., (“Agency”), and its successors, assignees and licensees to use my name and image, (in whole or in part), as well as as all those similarity features that allow my identification, including my name, pseudonym, alias, likeness, caricature, biographical material, image, voice, physiognomy, silhouette, signature, characteristic movement or acts (real or simulated) and/or phrases, and any other image and/or publicity right that serves as an identifying aspect of my identity (“Name and/or Image”) in relation to publicity, dissemination, exhibition and exploitation of advertising activities, promotional material, product manipulation; and/or any other activity related to the promotion, advertising and/or commercial positioning of the “Jägermeister” brand (the “Brand”) that is executed by the Agency (the “Content”), or by any third party designated by it with said purpose.
The Agency, and any third party that it designates, are authorized to capture my image, likeness and interpretations in any photographic and/or audiovisual format, for its communication, reproduction, and distribution by each and every one of the media, devices, processes and technology now or hereafter known in perpetuity, in all the territories of the universe, in accordance with the applicable regulations. Likewise, I authorize the Agency to transform, modify, adapt, summarize my image according to its own taste and aesthetic judgment in relation to the content and promotion of the Brand. Additionally, I release the Agency from any claim that may arise in relation to the use of my Image, against which I declare that I have the capacity to grant the rights to use my Name and/or Likeness, and that the exercise of such rights by part of the Agency will not violate any rights. I authorize the Agency to freely assign and license this agreement and all or part of its rights under it, without prior notice.
In attention to the authorization to use my name and image granted here, elements that hold, or could hold the quality of personal data, I authorize the Agency to process my Personal Data in accordance with its Treatment Policy, and carry out the treatment of my data for the purposes of promotion, exploitation and commercialization of any advertising activity, promotional material and any other commercial campaign carried out by the Agency, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
